What You Will DoYou will keep our high-speed, automated production facility running smoothly by troubleshooting and maintaining advanced machinery.
• Electrical: Troubleshoot 3-phase power, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and PLC systems. • Mechanical: Repair and overhaul pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. • Preventative Care: Perform routine PM schedules to keep machine uptime high. • Fabrication: Handle basic welding and metal fabrication on the floor when needed. • Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. • Skills: Ability to read electrical schematics and perform basic PLC troubleshooting. • Plus: Experience with packaging, printing, or corrugating equipment is a plus (not required). • Reliability: A solid work ethic and the desire to build a long-term career.
