Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift at $18.50 an hourJob DescriptionThis role involves generating manifests to dispatch and confirm customer and stock orders. You will interpret various warehouse documents to determine items that need to be moved, gathered, or distributed, and manage the organization of merchandise within the facility.Responsibilities
• Generate manifests for dispatch and confirm customer and stock orders. • Interpret warehouse documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. • Open cartons, sort merchandise, and relocate items from receiving or production areas to designated locations. • Verify merchandise documentation and record incoming items by part and quantity. • Organize merchandise on racks, shelves, totes, or bins according to predetermined sequence. • Prepare products for distribution within facilities. • Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on palettes, shelves, or conveyors for packing or shipping. • Receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products under direct supervision. • Arrange stock parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers. • Create and enter records for the manifest on the warehouse computer system. Essential Skills
• Proficient in warehouse operations including material handling, picking, packing, and shipping. • Experience with RF scanners. • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 0-6 months of warehouse experience preferred. • No certification required. • Will certify on CROWN trucks upon permanent hire. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
