Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production material flow. This role is responsible for accurately receiving and stocking materials, maintaining inventory records in an ERP/MRP system, ordering production parts, and picking materials for manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment and is comfortable using inventory management software to ensure material accuracy and on-time production support. Responsibilities • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips. • Inspect incoming materials for damage and accuracy. • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/MRP systems. • Process inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments. • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of production materials. • Order parts and supplies to support manufacturing requirements. • Pick, pull, stage, and deliver materials to production teams according to work orders. • Package, label, and prepare outbound shipments using carrier systems such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers. • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. • Maintain warehouse organization and material storage locations. • Assist with inventory audits and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Essential Skills • ERP/MRP Experience • Order Picking • Inventory Control • 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment • Experience using ERP or MRP systems for inventory tracking and material transactions • Experience ordering parts, managing inventory levels, and supporting production schedules • Ability to read work orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Additional Skills & Qualifications • Mechanical assembly • Use of pneumatic tools • Experience with bearings, gearbox assembly, and pipe installation Why Work Here?Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, dental and health insurance, paid time off, and more. Work EnvironmentWork in a clean production shop with bench work, alongside fab machines and a larger production weld area. The position is day shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
