General Production Worker Position Summary
• Support production operations by processing and handling foam materials in a manufacturing environment. • Load foam blocks into production equipment and monitor machine operations. • Ensure product quality, accuracy, and efficient material handling throughout the production process. • Work in a team-oriented manufacturing setting on a 2nd shift schedule. Key Responsibilities
• Load foam blocks weighing approximately 30 lbs into foam-slicing machines. • Operate production equipment to cut foam into specified sheet sizes. • Stack finished foam sheets onto pallets according to production requirements. • Wrap and prepare pallets for storage or shipment. • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow production procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines. • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals. Required Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or related industrial environments. • Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment. • Ability to perform material handling and inspection tasks. • Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a team-based manufacturing or production setting. • Familiarity with palletizing, packaging, and shipping preparation processes. • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. • Ability to adapt to changing production priorities. Work Environment
• Manufacturing facility with a team of approximately 30 production employees. • 2nd Shift schedule: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. • Hands-on role involving machine operation, material handling, stacking, and pallet wrapping. • Closed-toe shoes required at all times. • Collaborative and supportive workplace focused on safety and productivity. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $35360.00/yr.
