Job Title: Maintenance Technician -- $30hr+Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 1st shift at a plant located in the Delaware, Ohio area. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment through both emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.Responsibilities
• Provide unscheduled and emergency troubleshooting or repairs for machinery during production hours. • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and routine service on production and packaging equipment. • Prepare and configure production machinery for upcoming scheduled manufacturing runs. • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. • Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and equipment manuals to execute required tasks. Essential Skills
• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and schematics. • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in automation, particularly with automated truss building equipment. • Knowledge of high-end PLCs and electrical systems. • Familiarity with robotics.
