Job Title: Production Lead - 2nd shift Job DescriptionThe Group Lead maintains a strong presence on the production floor, supports workforce coordination, escalates operational risks, and helps develop frontline talent while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in maintaining production flow and supporting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence. Typical coordination span: 2030 employees, directly or through Team Coordinators, depending on area complexity, shift structure, and production volume. This is a non-exempt position and as such, does not have authority to hire, terminate, discipline, or independently make employment decisions regarding employees.Responsibilities / Job Overview:

• Job title: Production Lead • Location: Jacksonville, FL (northside) • Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm (M-F) - overtime available • Pay Scale: $22-$30/hr (based on interview/experience) • The Group Lead provides day-to-day floor leadership, employee coaching, timecard approval, attendance accountability, and first-level corrective action/write-ups, but does not own performance reviews, compensation decisions, promotions, demotions, suspensions, terminations, or employment-status decisions unless specifically delegated by the Operations Supervisor and HR. • Review and approve timecards for assigned employees, including missed punches, schedule exceptions, PTO coding, and other routine timekeeping discrepancies in accordance with company policy. • Coordinate daily production activities across assigned lines, cells, or work areas to support schedule attainment and takt time adherence. • Provide direction and support to Team Coordinators and Technicians during shift execution, helping resolve workflow, staffing, material, or process issues in real time. • Monitor production flow, identify constraints, and escalate risks impacting safety, quality, or delivery performance to the Operations Supervisor. • Reinforce adherence to standard work, quality requirements, 5S practices, and safety procedures throughout the production area. Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years Manufacturing experience is required. • Experience leading large teams within a production environment. • ISO 9001 experience is preferred. • Strong understanding of production flow, takt time, standard work, and visual management principles. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams and prioritize activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal leadership skills. • Comfortable working closely with frontline employees while balancing operational priorities. • Basic proficiency with ERP systems, production dashboards, Excel, or related operational tools.
