Experian is expanding the Ascend Platform Access, Security & Risk capabilities. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of platform services. These services manage client access, identity, and infrastructure provisioning.
You will lead critical platform services responsible for client management, secure access, and automated provisioning of client and platform infrastructure. It will define and scale services that support multi-tenant enterprise clients, working closely with engineering, architecture, security, and regional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and automated platform capabilities.
The role requires strong experience in platform-as-a-service, technical implementation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise products. You have the ability to operate in large, matrixed, multicultural, and international environments. You will be comfortable working with strategic clients and influencing outcomes at all levels.
You will be recognized and trusted globally as a product expert by Experian regional teams and clients.
You will report to the Head of Supportability Programme.
What you'll do:
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ascend Platform Access, Security & Risk services Own platform services that: Manage client identities, profiles, and configuration dataControl client access, entitlements, and authorization modelsProvision and manage client and platform infrastructureLead capabilities including:
Identity and access management (IAM) and identity providersAuthentication, authorization, and token lifecycle managementClient onboarding, provisioning, and de-provisioningClient-specific infrastructure and data access modelsPartner with engineering and architecture teams on microservices-based platform design, ensuring scalability, resilience, and securityEmbed compliance, auditability, and security-by-design into access and provisioning servicesTranslate regulatory, risk, and client requirements into scalable platform capabilitiesBe a senior point of contact for global stakeholders, providing roadmap visibility, delivery updates, and risk managementSupport go-to-market enablement and client onboarding through documentation and internal tooling guidance What you'll bring:
7+ years' experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Owner in SaaS or platform environmentsExperience owning complex platform services for access management, client management, or infrastructure provisioningExperience with access management and entitlement modelsExperience with Identity management, identity providers, and client identity lifecycleExperience with Authentication, authorization, and token managementExposure to client management tooling and client configuration modelsExperience in provisioning and de-provisioning of platform and client infrastructureExperience in Compliance, auditability, and security governanceSolid technical understanding of Microservices architectures, AWS-based platforms, including EKS (Kubernetes) and Infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and EKS provisioning technologiesExperience in FinTech, analytics, decisioning, fraud, or enterprise SaaS platforms.We will consider any of the following abilities and skills an advantage:
Experience with multi-tenant enterprise platformsBackground in financial services, analytics, identity, fraud, or decisioning platformsBachelor's degree in technology or related field (or equivalent experience)Product management certificationFamiliarity with Jira, Aha!, or similar tools You will get:
