About this role
As an Internal Communications Specialist reporting to the Manager’s role, you will lead the execution of internal communication strategies that support our priorities and employee engagement across the Business Unit team. You will manage main communication channels and tools, produce impactful content, and coordinate projects that enhance the employee experience, ensuring consistent and effective messaging throughout the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan and accomplish internal communication strategies that align employees with our priorities, including drafting executive and employee messaging and managing content calendars.Create high-quality written and visual content such as newsletters, banners, infographics, and videos to engage employees across multiple channels.Manage internal communication platforms and tools, including SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Planner, Slack, Teams, and Dynamic Signal/FirstUp, ensuring message delivery and engagement tracking.Coordinate virtual All Hands meetings, supporting project management, presentation design, and speaker logistics to ensure smooth execution.Support culture and engagement plans, including onboarding experiences, internal campaigns, and participation in communities of practice and employee resource groups.Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, managing distribution lists and audience insights to improve reach and influence. 2+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles such as employee engagement, content marketing (with internal focus), HR communications, or digital communications.Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Advanced English level.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Slack, SharePoint, and Dynamic Signal/FirstUp.Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).Writing, editing, proofreading, and layout skills with a portfolio showcasing written and visual communication work.Experience working in a global business environment and managing communication tools and content calendars.
