Why this role is important to us
Risk management is important to how we deliver products and commercial outcomes responsibly. This is a development role for someone with a good grounding in risk, controls or governance who wants to build specialist experience within a supportive team environment. You'll support first line ownership of risk across product and commercial activity, helping the business make informed decisions while maintaining governance as it continues to grow and evolve.
Work that matters – What you'll do
Support product and commercial risk activities across the UK businessHelp with risk and control identification and assessmentPrepare clear risk reporting, dashboards and governance materialsSupport reviews of new plans, product changes and commercial arrangementsTrack issues, incidents and actions, including root cause analysis support What you'll need to bring to the role
Some experience in risk, governance, controls, audit, compliance or a related fieldAn interest in developing a career in product and commercial riskGood analytical skills with confidence working at a detailed levelA practical, organised and structured approach to workMore about you
