What You Will Do
• Lead Closing Activities: Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely account reconciliations. • Manage General Ledger: Process journal entries and ensure accurate GL coding to support seamless monthly closings. • Handle Core Transactions: Manage and record inventory adjustments, and oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations. • Ensure Data Accuracy: Prepare, upload, and validate reporting data within Group financial tools on schedule. • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the Controller, Chief Accountant, and CFO to investigate and resolve complex accounting queries. • Maintain Documentation: Draft, review, and continuously update clear and accessible process documentation. • Monitor Compliance: Execute and uphold internal financial controls. • Provide Financial Insights: Generate and deliver ad-hoc financial reports as requested by management. Let’s Meet If You Have These Skills • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in GL/R2R. • Language: Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken). • Technical Proficiency: Strong MS Office skills, specifically intermediate-to-advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF/COUNT functions). • Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous, with a strict focus on accuracy and efficiency. • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across departments. • Proactive Mindset: A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving capabilities. • Continuous Improvement: A customer-centric approach combined with a passion for optimizing and improving processes.
