Global Sourcing Manager - Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) (f/m/x) in Mars Global Service Procurement Department Location: Warsaw Hybrid working * Fully virtual recruitment experience * Join Mars as a Global Sourcing Manager - Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and play a key role in shaping our global supplier strategy across Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Services categories. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Digital Technologies, P&O and other corporate functions to deliver value, drive innovation, optimize costs, and manage strategic supplier relationships. This is a global, individual contributor role offering significant exposure to senior leaders, strategic partners, and complex sourcing initiatives across a dynamic international environment.
What will be your key responsibilities?
• Lead strategic sourcing activities for the global BPO and Managed Services category. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver business value, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. • Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection, RFP/RFQ processes, contract negotiations, and supplier onboarding. • Own and manage a portfolio of global supplier agreements, ensuring commercial value, compliance, and strong governance. • Build and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and strategic partners to drive performance and innovation. • Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Digital Technologies, Human Resources, Procurement and other business functions to understand business needs and translate them into sourcing solutions. • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and value creation within existing contracts and supplier relationships. • Support integration of sourcing activities related to acquisitions, organizational changes, and new business initiatives. • Contribute to supplier relationship management (SRM), category planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Work effectively in a fast-paced, global and agile environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. What are we looking for?
• 3-5 years of Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Managed Services, or other in strategic sourcing for Indirect Categories (specifically IT, Software, Professional Services, or Digital Sourcing). • Strong procurement expertise across sourcing, contract management, commercial negotiations, and supplier relationship management. • Experience in Category Management and/or Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders in a complex business environment. • Experience collaborating within regional or global teams and managing relationships across multiple functions and geographies. • Strong vendor and supplier management experience, including engagement with strategic partners. • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization. • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for value creation beyond transactional procurement.
