About this role
We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our Total Rewards team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who is eager to develop expertise in Compensation & Benefits within a global organization.
In this role, you will support key Total Rewards processes and projects, working closely with HR, managers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate execution of compensation activities:
Support the delivery of annual compensation processes, including salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive programsPrepare, validate, and analyze compensation data to ensure accuracy and timely execution of reward programsMaintain compensation-related documentation, reports, and communication materials for employees and managersSupport the administration and continuous improvement of compensation processes and tools, including SuccessFactorsAssist with job evaluation activities and data gathering to support consistent grading decisionsCoordinate mobility and relocation activities, including communication with internal and external stakeholdersPrepare analyses, presentations, and reports to support Total Rewards projects and decision-makingCollaborate with HR, managers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of reward-related initiativesSupport ongoing Total Rewards and HR projects as required Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field0–2 years of professional experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Analytics, or a similar areaStrong analytical skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data and draw insightsAgility to work with various stakeholders, Excel skills and basic macro building with confidence working with data, reports, and spreadsheets."Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and processesAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic international environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approachAchievement-oriented, proactive, and focused on operational excellenceFluent English, both written and spoken At JDE, in addition to a competitive salary, we offer a wide range of benefits tailored to your needs:
