Salary: £143,000 - 143,000 per year
Requirements: Must hold current, valid, transferable security clearance (SC).Experience planning end-to-end service transitions with sequenced, resource-aware plans that make dependencies, the critical path and decision points explicit.Experience defining readiness and operational acceptance criteria, including gated entry and exit criteria, go/no-go evidence and service acceptance processes.Experience planning cutover and hypercare, including rehearsals, fallback and continuity arrangements, and hypercare exit criteria.Experience running IT service transitions through mergers, acquisitions, demergers and divestments, including Day One readiness, service separation or integration, application and data migration, and TSA exits.Experience managing risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams, suppliers or delivery partners.A strong record of meeting fixed deadlines without service interruption or degradation.Experience working within formal governance, including change boards, design authorities and programme boards, and reporting clearly to senior stakeholders.Typically holds ITIL v4 and PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an APM/MSP equivalent.
