We are recruiting an IT Service Desk Analyst for a contract role in Chichester, paying £16.61 per hour. This is an opportunity to develop a career in an enterprise IT Service Desk environment supporting more than 7,000 users across West Sussex County Council and partner organisations. Our Service Desk operates from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with work scheduled on a rotating shift pattern. During onboarding, knowledge transfer, and team mobilisation, attendance at our Chichester office will be required for up to five days per week. Once established, colleagues may be able to work under a hybrid arrangement, subject to operational requirements. There may be an opportunity to apply for a permanent position in the future, subject to the Councils recruitment processes and pay arrangements at that time.
