Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Experience as a hands-on full-stack Lead Engineer or Lead Developer, with the ability to lead people, set standards, and deliver outcomesSkills in C#, the .NET platform, Python, Azure PaaS (including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, and ARM/Bicep templates), SharePoint, and ReactFluency in AI-native engineering, including building on AI platforms, using AI-enabled tools, and taking experiments through to production-grade solutionsGood understanding of Azure DevOps processes and in-depth understanding of Azure Resource ManagementExperience with generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude is welcome Responsibilities: Lead a small development team across a portfolio of applicationsContribute hands-on while shaping delivery and engineering standardsWork with Product Managers and business teams to prioritize and allocate workDeliver strategic and tactical technology solutionsApply modern DevOps practices and explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning Technologies: AIARMAzureC#ChatGPTCloudCopilotCosmos DBDevOpsPaaSPythonReactSharePointASP.NETMachine Learning More:

The role works across modern engineering, cloud technologies, and digital delivery, in collaboration with Product, Architecture, and wider technical groups. It is mainly remote, with visits to our Manchester office when needed and occasional light travel to other offices. Salary is dependent on experience.
