Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Experience as a hands-on full-stack Lead Engineer or Lead Developer, with the ability to lead people, set standards and deliver outcomesSkills in C#, the .NET platform, Python, Azure PaaS (including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB and Azure App Service), ARM/Bicep templates, SharePoint and ReactAI-native engineering judgement, including building on AI platforms, using AI-enabled tools, and taking experiments through to production-grade operational solutionsGood understanding of Azure DevOps processes and in-depth understanding of Azure Resource ManagementExperience with generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude is welcome Responsibilities: Lead a small development team across a portfolio of applicationsContribute hands-on while shaping delivery and engineering standardsWork with Product Managers and business teams to prioritise and allocate workDeliver strategic and tactical technology solutionsApply modern DevOps practices and explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning Technologies: AIARMAzureC#ChatGPTCopilotCosmos DBDevOpsPaaSPythonReactSharePointASP.NETCloudMachine Learning More:
We are a fast-growing, forward-thinking Professional Services organisation on a technology journey focused on purposeful delivery and solving real problems. This mainly remote role is based around Birmingham, with visits to our Birmingham office when needed and occasional light travel to other offices.
