Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Experienced IT leader with the technical capability to take ownership of IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, business systems, security and technology suppliers Responsibilities: Lead our internal IT function and serve as the senior internal point of contact for IT mattersProvide technical leadership while participating in troubleshooting, systems administration, development and automationTake technical ownership of our Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and associated security servicesConduct regular technical, configuration and security reviews of the Microsoft 365 environmentMaintain and develop automated Microsoft 365 auditing and assurance processesUse Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell to investigate tenant configuration, security settings and operational dataMaintain automated audit and reporting processes using GitHub ActionsReview security and configuration assessments, investigate issues and coordinate appropriate remediationMaintain appropriate security baselines and ensure changes do not introduce unnecessary riskManage identity and access controls, including MFA, Conditional Access, external sharing and privileged accessMonitor Microsoft 365 developments and assess the impact of changes to configuration, security, functionality and licensingOversee business applications, IT operations, security and technology suppliersIdentify opportunities to improve processes through automation and better use of technologyDevelop our technology environment and ensure systems remain secure and reliable Technologies: APIGitHubMicrosoft 365PowerShellSecuritySharePointOffice 365 More:
