We are working with a large, highly respected organisation to recruit an Oracle HCM Functional Expert for our centralised systems team. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in Birmingham, with hybrid working and two days per week on-site. The salary is £30,000–£35,000. The role supports critical HR and Payroll systems across a large, complex organisation and offers an opportunity to develop expertise in applications support, testing, configuration, and system optimisation. You will work with Functional Experts, business stakeholders, and third-party support providers.
