What You'll Be Doing:
• Manage the hostess desk by setting it up, keeping it tidy, tearing it down at the end of the day, and making sure all devices are charged and ready for action.
• Handle reservations by answering phones, managing enquiries, welcoming guests, and arranging walk-ins.
• Keep the team in the loop by briefing staff on upcoming reservations, both weekly and daily, so they’re always prepared to roll out the red carpet.
• Assist with service flow as needed, ensuring smooth transitions between seatings.
Who We Are Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of hosting or similar restaurant experience in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
