What You'll Be Doing:
• Prepare drinks quickly and consistently, all while maintaining impeccable presentation.
• Engage with guests and create an experience by chatting with guests and making recommendations.
• Supervise team to ensure operations is running smoothly according to Company standards.
• Take and process orders with precision while managing any special requests.
• Handle payments accurately.
• Ensure overall bar cleanliness.
What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment
• Minimum 1 year of bar management or supervisory experience in a high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Warm personality and a natural ability to interact with people and create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
