Job Description In conjunction with GME leadership, provides oversight and management of all activities related to GME subcommittees. Develops new process/programs and conducts ongoing quality reviews related to ACGME accreditation and compliance reviews. Serves as the point of contact to ensure deliverables are met and that project focus remains aligned with regulatory requirements. Key Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Provides oversight and management of subcommittees of the GME Oversight Committee (Patient Safety, Wellness, Access and Engagement, Non-Standard Training Programs) and House Staff Council. Assists in defining activities and follow-up action items in alignment with GME leadership. Creates detailed work plan sequencing activities and resources needed to complete activities on time, within budget and at expected quality levels. Documents results and outcomes. Prepares minutes, presentation and/or reports for GME leadership. Coordinates effective communication between subcommittees and House Staff Council and GME leadership. 2. Develops and directs new processes in the GME Office related to accreditation and compliance requirements as necessary. Manages work assignments relative to project research, assessment and results. Collaborates with leadership during the development and keeps stakeholders updated on progress. Monitors progress of all projects and makes needed adjustments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Reviews progress with team on a regular basis. Conducts ongoing quality reviews of the activities and provides regular updates to leadership. 3. Maintains Education Affiliation Agreements and Program Letters of Agreement required for ACGME accreditation for all programs. 4. Manages and coordinates ACGME Clinical Learning Environment Reviews (CLER) conducted by the ACGME. Includes compiling data from all programs each year and producing the annual CLER institutional dashboard used to determine compliance with ACGME requirements, both at the program and institutional level. Coordinates action plans to improve issues that are identified. 5. Develops training, education and support tools in collaboration with GME leadership for both faculty development and program coordinators. Evaluates effectiveness and makes needed improvements. 6. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
