• Respond to incoming client calls and emails • Resolve administrative, account, and system-related concerns • Communicate processes, timelines, and next steps clearly • Create and manage service tickets through resolution • Document client interactions and account updates accurately • Coordinate with internal teams on complex issues • Follow up consistently to ensure clients receive complete solutions What Were Looking For

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
