• Load and unload automated production equipment • Perform production, assembly, packaging, and inspection tasks • Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met • Document production information and lot numbers accurately • Follow written work instructions and operating procedures • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and RF scanners • Package and label finished products • Support material handling and inventory movement • Maintain a clean and organized workstation • Communicate quality, safety, or equipment concerns to leadership • Adhere to all safety and quality standards • Work one scheduled weekend day per week based on department assignment Qualifications
• Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly • Strong attention to detail and quality • Reliable work history and attendance record • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, packaging, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Work Environment This position is located in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Greenfield.
