• The Autoclave Washroom Technician works in a cleanroom environment to wash and handle medical devices using large industrial sink equipment. • This role involves standing for the full shift, safely handling devices that can weigh up to approximately 4050 pounds when filled, and following strict cleanliness and handling procedures to support high-quality medical device processing. Responsibilities

• Wash and clean medical devices using a large industrial, kitchen-style sink in a controlled cleanroom environment. • Handle medical devices that can weigh up to approximately 4050 pounds when filled, using proper lifting and handling techniques. • Operate dishwashing and related washroom equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. • Follow cleanroom protocols, including gowning, hygiene, and contamination control procedures at all times. • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with internal standards and industry best practices. • Work autonomously to complete assigned washing and cleaning tasks within the scheduled shift. • Inspect devices during washing to identify visible contamination or issues and report concerns to appropriate personnel. • Adhere to all safety procedures, including safe handling of equipment, materials, and cleaning agents. • Complete required documentation or logs related to washing activities as directed by site procedures. • Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of devices. Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift in a cleanroom environment. • Capability to safely lift, carry, and handle items weighing up to approximately 4050 pounds. • Experience working with dishwashing or washing equipment in an industrial or production setting. • Ability to follow detailed procedures and cleanroom protocols consistently. • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a cleanroom or controlled environment. • Experience handling medical devices or similar precision components. • Familiarity with industrial washing, autoclave, or sanitation processes. • Comfort working in a highly regulated, procedure-driven environment.
