• Perform repair welds on parts requiring touch-up after robotic welding. • Operate MIG welding equipment while maintaining quality standards. • Read and interpret blueprints and production specifications. • Complete welding, spot welding, buffing, deburring, sorting, and rework tasks. • Maintain production goals while ensuring quality workmanship. • Support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For
• Previous manufacturing experience. • MIG welding experience and ability to pass a weld test. • Ability to perform repair welding. • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints. • Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic. • Machine loading experience is a plus. Shifts & Pay 💲 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM | $22.50/hr💲 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 PM-3:30 AM | $23.50/hr💲 Weekend Days: Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM-6:00 PM | $25.50/hr📍 Location: Shelbyville, KYWhy Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
