Job Title: 1st Shift CNC Bender OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Bender Operator for our 1st shift. The role involves operating a CNC Bender to bend various sizes of stainless and carbon steel tubes with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities • Operate CNC bending machinery to accurately bend stainless and carbon steel tubes. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure correct bending specifications. • Utilize simple measuring tools and tape measures for precision. • Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as necessary. Essential Skills • Proficiency in blueprint reading. • Working knowledge of CNC tube bending machines and manual bender equipment. • Strong understanding of CNC bending processes. • Basic math skills for accurate measurements.
