Job Title: PainterJob Description 💲 Pay: $23.00-$28.00/hour+ (higher pay available for experienced painters!)Looking for a hands-on role where you can put your painting skills to work? Join a growing manufacturing team painting structural steel and custom metal products used in the construction industry. This position offers competitive pay, steady hours, and the opportunity to work on large-scale projects you can take pride in.Responsibilities • Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, masking, and taping parts. • Spray wet paint and primer coatings on structural steel and metal components. • Inspect finished products and complete touch-ups as needed. • Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Requirements • 1+ year of painting experience preferred. • Experience with HVLP, airless, or air-assisted spray systems is a plus. • Commercial, industrial, or residential painting backgrounds will be considered. • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Industrial painting experience is highly valued. • Material handling or forklift experience is a plus. • Experience working with large metal or structural steel components is beneficial. • Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to support shop operations as needed.
