Job Title: Journeyman Electrician ForemanJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Journeyman Electrician Foreman with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in wiring exhaust fans and furnaces, performing general repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, and assisting in the installation, testing, and repair of various systems including doorbells, fire alarms, and lighting fixtures. Responsibilities • Lead a crew of 2-3 apprentices or electrical helpers. • Perform general repair and maintenance of electrical systems. • Assist in the installation, testing, and repair of doorbells, buzzers, fire alarm and security systems, thermostats, lighting fixtures, and communications systems. • Strip insulation from wire ends using wire stripping pliers. • Maintain organization, file reports, and manage inventory. Essential Skills • Registered Journeyman or Master electrician card. • 5-10 years of hands-on commercial or residential electrician experience. • Experience in bending conduit and pulling wire. • Valid driver's license. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Experience in a lead or foreman role. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a half-hour lunch break. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Saline, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $104915.00 - $175000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.OT after 8 daily, OT Saturday, Double Time Sunday Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Saline,MI.
