Maintenance Technician Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while helping lead maintenance activities across the facility. If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and enjoy solving equipment issues, this is a great opportunity with consistent overtime and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment • Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections • Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot equipment components • Lead maintenance repairs and assist other technicians with troubleshooting • Train and mentor new maintenance team members • Complete equipment changeovers and production support activities • Weld and machine parts as needed for equipment repairs • Enter and complete work orders within the CMMS system Qualifications
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills • Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose electrical issues • Experience troubleshooting PLCs and reading ladder logic • Millwright experience including welding and machining • Ability to operate hand and power tools • Able to work from ladders and aerial lifts such as scissor lifts • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints What We Offer

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
