Job Title: MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team, with a flexible schedule of Monday to Friday, either from 6am to 2:30pm or from 7am to 3:30pm. During training, new employees will work from 7am to 3:30pm. The role involves operating CNC Mill or CNC Lathe, working with both manual and CNC machines, and setting up machines using blueprints, tooling selection, G code, M code, or Mastercam software. Responsibilities • Operate CNC Mill or CNC Lathe. • Work off blueprints to set up and operate machines. • Select tools and utilize G code, M code at the machine, or Mastercam software. • Run piece work with 1 to 300 parts tops. • Perform 2-6 set ups a day. • Utilize Haas equipment VF2 and VF4, manual mills and lathes, and ID/OD and jig grinders. Essential Skills • Experience with blueprint reading and machining. • Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers. • Skill in setting up machines and tool selection. • Experience with CNC, lathe, grinder, and mill operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Schooling or training on CNC with about a year of experience. • Trainable and capable of retaining information. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
