• Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies • Read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications • Use grinders and fabrication tools to prepare and finish materials • Maintain quality standards and meet production goals • Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What We're Looking For:
• Previous MIG welding experience on steel • Ability to read blueprints • Experience with fabrication, grinding, and weld preparation • Flux core experience is a plus • Must be able to pass a weld test during the interview • Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply Work Environment:
