HIRING!!!!!! $20-29/HR - Concrete Foreman Job DescriptionThe Concrete Foreman oversees daily activities on commercial construction sites, focusing on concrete work and tilt-up projects. This role coordinates crews, supports carpenters, ensures safe and efficient material handling, and maintains a clean and organized work area while using a variety of hand, power, and measuring tools.Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate concrete crews on commercial construction projects, with a focus on tilt-up construction. • Carry and move materials around the site to ensure work areas remain stocked and ready for production. • Provide thorough site clean-up support, including debris removal and general housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work environment. • Assist carpenters in assembling and installing equipment, forms, and materials related to concrete and structural work. • Use general hand tools such as hammers, tape measures, speed squares, and other basic tools to support layout and construction tasks. • Interpret and work from blueprints and construction plans to guide crew activities and ensure work meets project specifications. • Operate hand, power, and measuring tools safely and efficiently to support concrete placement, forming, and finishing activities. Work EnvironmentThis role is based on active commercial construction work sites, primarily focused on tilt-up projects. Work takes place outdoors and indoors depending on project phase and weather conditions, and may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. You regularly use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools while moving materials and supporting carpentry and concrete activities. Projects range across multiple locations from Airway Heights to Post Falls, so travel between sites may be required. Typical workdays follow standard construction hours, and attire should be durable, job-site appropriate clothing with necessary personal protective equipment such as work boots, hard hat, and safety gear as required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Post Falls, ID. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
