• Set up and operate CNC lathes, primarily utilizing Fanuc and Okuma controls. • Perform machine setups, tool changes, and production runs. • Complete first-piece, in-process, and final inspections. • Read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment, including micrometers and calipers. • Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals. • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary offsets and adjustments. • Work in a high-mix production environment with a variety of parts and setups. What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably on lathes. • Experience performing machine setups independently. • Strong understanding of Fanuc controls. • Ability to read prints and inspect parts using precision measuring tools. • Experience in a production or job shop environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CNC mills. • Programming or editing experience. • Knowledge of G-Code. • Ability to work across multiple machines and priorities. What's In It For You

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Skokie, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hr.
