Forklift Operator $18.50/hr to $21.28/hr HIRING ASAP!!!!!! Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, including stand-up forklifts and order pickers, to move and store materials safely. • Drive a box truck when required and maintain DOT compliance. • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory storage, replenishment, and material movement. • Ensure inventory is organized, properly stored, and maintained using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures. • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and complete transactions accurately. • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy. • Review replenishment reports and complete put-away tasks efficiently. • Replenish forward pick locations and manage stagnant inventory. • Assist internal departments and team members with warehouse-related requests. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and contribute to departmental goals and team success. Required Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience (stand-up forklift, order picker, cherry picker preferred). • Experience using RF scanners and inventory control systems. • Ability to pass a DOT physical and possess a valid driver's license. • Experience driving a box truck. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows proficiency. • Warehouse, distribution, production support, or material handling experience. • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. • Basic math skills for counting and inventory activities. • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Work Environment & Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday) • 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Friday) • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday) • Manufacturing and warehouse environment, including cleanroom areas. • Exposure to temperatures ranging from -30°C to 25°C for short periods. • May require use of a Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR). • Physical role requiring regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling activities. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
