Job Title: HVAC Apprentice Pay: $20-$25/hrJob DescriptionThis role offers the opportunity to join an established HVAC and electrical team as a residential HVAC installer. You will work closely with experienced mechanics, supporting installation, repair, and service of residential HVAC systems. The position is ideal for someone with foundational HVAC experience who is eager to learn, expand their skills, and grow with a company that supports development across residential and commercial work.Responsibilities

• Assist experienced HVAC mechanics on residential projects, working side by side to complete installations and service work safely and efficiently. • Install, repair, and service residential HVAC units, following established procedures and quality standards. • Support ductwork installation, including measuring, cutting, fitting, and securing sheet metal components. • Assist with HVAC-related wiring and piping, ensuring proper connections and adherence to applicable codes and best practices. • Help install and maintain exhaust and ventilation systems as part of residential HVAC projects. • Perform general construction and labor tasks associated with HVAC installation, such as material handling, site preparation, and cleanup. • Use basic mechanical troubleshooting skills to help identify issues with HVAC systems under the guidance of technicians. • Work on various residential job sites and occasionally on commercial construction sites as needed. • Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective gear. • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, report issues, and support timely project completion. • Maintain reliable attendance and be prepared to travel to different job locations with consistent, dependable transportation. • Lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds as required for installations and service work. Essential Skills

• 12 years of residential HVAC experience, with a strong preference for candidates with 2+ years of hands-on work. • Basic knowledge of residential HVAC installation, repair, and service practices. • Ability to perform general construction and labor tasks related to HVAC work. • Experience working with ductwork and sheet metal components in an installation or construction environment. • Foundational mechanical troubleshooting skills for identifying and assisting in resolving HVAC system issues. • Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. • Comfort working in different weather conditions, including indoor and outdoor environments. • Ability to follow directions, work as part of a team, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general construction or commercial construction environments. • Experience in refrigeration or related mechanical systems. • Exposure to both residential and commercial HVAC work, with interest in cross-training between divisions. • Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic in field-based roles. • Interest in long-term growth within HVAC and plumbing departments. • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and work on projects of varying size and complexity. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of WILLOW STREET, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
