• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Diagnose and resolve PLC-related equipment issues • Maintain and repair 480V electrical systems, motor controls, and AC/DC components • Service pumps, hydraulic systems, furnaces, presses, and other manufacturing equipment • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities • Inspect equipment and identify issues before they impact production • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings • Conduct root cause analysis to solve recurring equipment problems • Prioritize maintenance tasks to support production schedules • Work independently while collaborating with production and maintenance teams What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience • Strong PLC troubleshooting experience • Experience working with 480V electrical systems • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills • Experience with pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls • Preventative and predictive maintenance knowledge • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings • Strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications
• Experience maintaining large industrial presses and furnaces • Root cause analysis experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision • Welding or fabrication experience is a plus Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing facility in Buffalo, NY • Produces advanced technical ceramics and specialty materials • Supports the defense, aerospace, and energy industries • Fast-paced production environment • Non-climate-controlled facility • Work around large presses, furnaces, automated equipment, and industrial electrical systems • Strong focus on equipment reliability and production uptime Apply today! Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
