Job Title: Construction LaborerJob DescriptionAs a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for the production related to creating underground concrete duct bank boxes. The role involves setting up and tying rebar, creating forms, cleaning and oiling forms, pouring and finishing concrete, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. Responsibilities • Set up rebar and prepare it for the next station. • Assist with cutting and measuring materials to create forms. • Clean and oil forms before and after each assembly. • Assist with pouring concrete, handle vibrating tools to settle concrete, and finish the concrete. • Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including broom work, trash pickup, and material movement. Essential Skills • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and kneel. • Lift 50 lbs or more to at or near head level. • Carry materials such as tools, boxes, and wood boards. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in residential or commercial concrete work. • OSHA 10 certification or similar certifications is a plus. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
