• Assemble and manufacture electronic components and products according to detailed specifications and work instructions. • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and automated manufacturing systems. • Perform inspections using microscopes, measurement tools, and quality control equipment to ensure product accuracy. • Conduct testing, verification, and documentation of electronic products throughout the manufacturing process. • Read and follow production procedures, drawings, and technical instructions. • Accurately record production data and maintain quality documentation. • Follow cleanroom, safety, and quality standards to ensure product integrity. • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. • Collaborate with team members and production leadership to achieve daily production goals. Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required. • Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, production, machine operation, quality inspection, or a technical environment. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small electronic components. • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • Ability to read and follow detailed procedures and work instructions. • Experience working with microscopes, soldering, electronics testing equipment, cleanroom environments, or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus. • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Schedule Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMNight Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM+ 15% Shift DifferentialBuilt-In Overtime Every Other Week Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
