Schedule: Monday-Friday, First ShiftOvertime Available Job Description We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support manufacturing operations by ensuring products meet customer, engineering, and company quality requirements. This role involves performing inspections throughout the production process, utilizing precision measuring equipment, reviewing technical drawings, and maintaining accurate quality documentation. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience working in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies. • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, and other inspection equipment. • Verify product dimensions, tolerances, and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Complete inspection reports, quality records, and related documentation. • Identify, document, and communicate non-conforming materials or products. • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions when quality issues arise. • Maintain accurate inspection records and support quality audits as needed. • Collaborate with production, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns. • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality and process efficiency. • Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality requirements. Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. • Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment. • Knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and documentation practices. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Effective communication and teamwork skills. • Basic computer skills for documentation and recordkeeping. • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and safely handle parts and materials as required. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inspecting machined, fabricated, assembled, or manufactured products. • Experience using CMMs or other advanced inspection equipment. • Familiarity with quality management systems and industry quality standards. • Experience with First Article Inspections (FAIs), PPAPs, or similar validation processes. • Background in aerospace, automotive, medical device, defense, or other highly regulated industries. • Associate degree, technical certificate, or quality-related training. • Certification such as CQT, CQI, or other quality-focused credentials is a plus. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr.
