• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment. • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and facility equipment. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and make repairs. • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime. • Replace motors, bearings, belts, chains, pumps, valves, and other components. • Perform basic fabrication, welding, or equipment modifications as needed. • Complete maintenance documentation and work orders. • Follow all safety and quality procedures. • Work closely with production and operations teams. Essential Skills
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. • Experience working with tools and equipment. • Desire to learn and develop technical skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, military, HVAC, farm equipment, construction, or related experience is helpful. • Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, 3 phase motors, and PLCs. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Boilers license is advantageous.
