Warehouse Associate - MPH/Warehouse IJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting various warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, order picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and accuracy.Responsibilities
• Unload incoming shipments safely and check items against packing lists or invoices. • Report damaged or missing items and label products for storage. • Move items to assigned storage locations and keep areas organized and clean. • Pick items according to order lists, ensuring correct item, quantity, and quality. • Pack items securely to avoid damage and verify order accuracy before sealing. • Prepare orders for dispatch and load trucks properly and safely. • Assist with cycle counts, inventory checks, and maintain accurate inventory records. • Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform basic checks before use. • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment. • Work closely with leads, supervisors, and teammates to meet productivity goals. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace according to company policies. Essential Skills
• Experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory management. • Ability to operate equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred). • Strong multitasking ability and high awareness of workflow and priorities. • Good communication skills and fast response time. • Physical stamina to perform warehouse duties efficiently. • Flexibility to cross-train in other areas if interested. • Adherence to safety rules and ability to keep aisles clear and free of hazards. Team members are expected to maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Costa Mesa, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
