About this role

Job Title: Cleanroom TechnicianJob DescriptionPay: $18.00-$22.00/hour Schedule: 4-day work week (4x10s) | All shifts availableJoin a growing team in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment where you'll build electronic products used in a variety of industries. As a Cleanroom Technician, you'll assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and production equipment while following easy-to-read, computer-based instructions. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, value a comfortable work environment, and are looking for a company that offers thorough training, advancement opportunities, and a consistent 3-day weekend every week.Responsibilities • Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches. • Operate production machinery to apply solder paste and handle smaller electronic components. • Follow detailed, computer-based instructions to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently. • Navigate multiple computer programs to access work instructions and production documentation. • Perform quality checks on completed products before they move to the next stage of production. • Complete basic soldering tasks as needed throughout the assembly process. • Assist with picking parts, packaging finished products, and preparing orders for shipment. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Work closely with leads, trainers, and supervisors to learn new skills and meet production goals. • Support a team-focused manufacturing environment through reliable attendance and attention to detail. Essential Skills • Ability to use hand tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment. • Basic computer skills and comfort following digital work instructions. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes. • Ability to work with small parts and production equipment. • Basic soldering experience or willingness to learn. • Strong quality mindset and ability to inspect completed work. • Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred. • Dependable work history and strong work ethic. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Previous soldering experience may qualify for higher starting pay. • Experience with packaging, picking, or other production-related tasks is a plus. • Customer service experience can translate well due to the attention to detail and communication involved in the role. • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. • Willingness to learn new equipment, tools, and processes through on-the-job training. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Kimberly, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
