Job Title: Licensed Journeyman ElectricianJob DescriptionThis long-term opportunity is ideal for a licensed journeyman electrician who wants steady, direct-hire work on large utility-scale solar projects. You will perform electrical duties on a major solar construction site in Arkansas, with the potential to travel to additional projects in other states as part of a strong, ongoing project pipeline. This role offers the chance to grow within a well-established organization while working on impactful renewable energy installations.Responsibilities

• Perform commercial and industrial electrical work on a large utility-scale solar construction site. • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment in accordance with applicable codes and standards. • Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to complete installations accurately. • Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations, local codes, and project specifications. • Collaborate with construction teams and other trades on-site to coordinate work and maintain project schedules. • Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete electrical tasks efficiently and safely in an outdoor environment. • Support the successful completion of solar project milestones through high-quality workmanship and reliability. • Adapt to varying workloads, including regular overtime, while maintaining safe and consistent performance. Essential Skills

• Active licensed journeyman electrician credential in Arkansas or a reciprocal state, with a valid journeyman (JW) card. • Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work. • Experience in construction environments, preferably on large-scale projects. • Ability to work safely and effectively on outdoor solar construction sites. • Capability to read and interpret electrical plans and technical documentation. • Strong adherence to electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices. • Reliability and willingness to work Monday through Saturday with potential overtime. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Solar project experience is a plus but not required. • Comfort working on utility-scale renewable energy projects. • Ability to travel to additional project sites in other states as needed. • Willingness to grow within the organization and take on new responsibilities over time. You will work in a field-based environment typical of large-scale construction projects, using standard electrical and construction tools and equipment. Conditions may include varying weather, uneven terrain, and coordination with multiple trades on a busy, active job site. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Little Rock, AR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr.
