This is your opportunity to work on advanced automated production equipment, Siemens-controlled conveyor systems, PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems in a brand-new plant environment.If you're the person everyone calls when a machine goes down, we want to talk to you. 💥 WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON Siemens PLC Controlled Conveyor Systems Allen-Bradley & Siemens PLC Troubleshooting 480V / 3-Phase Electrical Systems VFDs, AC Motors, Sensors & Photo Eyes Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Concrete Mixing Equipment Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Industrial Automation & Controls Blueprint & Electrical Schematic Reading 🛠RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot and repair Siemens-controlled automated conveyors and production equipment • Diagnose PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures • Troubleshoot Siemens and Allen-Bradley control systems • Repair VFDs, motors, sensors, photo eyes, and electrical components • Perform 3-phase and 480V electrical troubleshooting • Maintain and repair concrete mixing systems and production machinery • Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints • Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, motors, and automated equipment • Complete industrial wiring and electrical repairs • Respond quickly to downtime events and restore production • Support shutdown maintenance, major repairs, and equipment overhauls • Document repairs and maintenance activities • Work overtime and Saturdays as production requires WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR MUST HAVE: 5+ Years of Industrial Maintenance Experience Siemens PLC Troubleshooting Experience Manufacturing Maintenance 480V / 3-Phase Electrical Experience Hydraulic & Pneumatic Troubleshooting Conveyor System Experience VFD, AC Motor, Sensor & Photo Eye Experience Ability to Read Electrical Schematics Personal Maintenance Tools Strong Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting Skills 🔥 BONUS EXPERIENCE Allen-Bradley PLCs Industrial Automation Systems Concrete, Aggregate, or Heavy Manufacturing Equipment Preventive Maintenance Planning Advanced Electrical Diagnostics Root Cause Failure Analysis Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Harrison, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Wage: Starting at $30+ and up based on skill set
