What Youll Do
• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines • Produce precision components according to engineering specifications • Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining requirements • Complete a mix of one-off, custom, and batch work • Inspect your own parts using precision measuring equipment • Make adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and quality • Take ownership of your work from setup through finished product • Keep jobs moving efficiently to meet production schedules What Were Looking For
• CNC machining experience with strong setup skills • Experience with 5-axis machining strongly preferred • Hurco and WinMax experience is a major plus • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings • Experience using precision measuring and inspection tools • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of machining projects Why This Role? Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
