The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating HAAS CNC Machines and be proficient in setting up and operating various machine tools, including milling machines, drill presses, and lathes. • Set up and operate HAAS CNC Machines in a manufacturing environment. • Utilize Horizontal Mill, ideally HAAS, and G+M CODE. • Perform set-ups and changeovers, ranging from 2-10 per day. • Work comfortably with tolerances of +/- 0.0005". • Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or height gauges. • Interpret and work from machine/wiring diagrams. Essential Skills
• 5+ years of experience with HAAS CNC Machines in a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in G+M CODE. • Ability to set up and operate milling machines, drill presses, and lathes. • Experience with measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. • Comfortable working with tight tolerances of +/- 0.0005". Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Mastercam Programming experience. • Experience with Trumpf punch press, drill press, and laser. • Troubleshooting skills and ability to perform changeovers. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
