HIRING DRIVERS !! Job DescriptionAs a driver, you will operate a 26-foot box truck to complete scheduled local deliveries, pickups, and site runs throughout the Northeast region. You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials and safely transporting products between company and customer locations. Additionally, you will assist with shipping and receiving, staging, and material movement in the warehouse when not completing deliveries. Using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment, you will work with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.Responsibilities

Essential Skills
• 6+ months of professional driving, delivery, transportation, or similar experience preferred. • Valid driver's license and a valid DOT card. • Experience operating a van, pickup, box truck, or other non-CDL commercial vehicle preferred. • Comfortable with frequent driving, multiple stops, and loading/unloading materials. • Clean driving record. Regular routes include Global Foundries in Malta, NY every Friday and Gilette in Boston every other Thursday, with other local drives in the area. You'll be responsible for unloading and loading trucks, with assistance from a pallet jack or team lift for items over 30lbs. The team consists of over 20 people, located on a large semiconductor ground. Expect variability in work hours due to road and traffic conditions. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopewell Junction, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
