Assemble door units using pre-cut materials and production equipment Use hand tools, power tools, nail guns, staple guns, and other assembly tools Read work orders and follow production specifications Measure materials accurately using a tape measure Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Work safely while meeting daily production goals Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient Collaborate with team members and Machine Operators to keep production moving 🎯 What We're Looking For No advanced degree required - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn! At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, production, or a related field Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Able to stand, bend, lift, and work in an active production environment Reliable attendance and transportation (shift starts at 6:00 AM) Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsBonus Points For:

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
