We are looking for a Maintenance & Set-Up Mechanic to join a growing manufacturing team in Pompano Beach.Candidates with experience as mechanics, machine operators, maintenance technicians, automotive technicians, industrial maintenance, equipment technicians, or machine setup technicians are encouraged to apply.Pay: $20-$25+/hr based on experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PMLocation: Pompano Beach, FL Responsibilities
• Set up and adjust production equipment • Troubleshoot machine issues and make basic repairs • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery • Use hand and power tools daily • Read measurements and inspect finished products • Work with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools • Support production operations as needed Qualifications
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Experience with tools, machinery, or equipment • Manufacturing, maintenance, mechanic, machine operator, automotive, or industrial experience preferred • Ability to use measuring tools • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Apply?
