Supply Quality Technician Location: Niwot, COShift: Day Shift (Flexible Start Time: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM) Join a Team Focused on Precision and Innovation Are you passionate about quality, metrology, and precision measurement? We are seeking a Supply Quality Technician to play a critical role in ensuring incoming materials, first article parts, and production components meet the highest quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced inspection technologies, including CMM programming and dimensional metrology, while supporting innovative manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities
• Perform incoming, in-process, and first article inspections to verify product conformance. • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T. • Develop, program, troubleshoot, and optimize CMM inspection routines. • Conduct dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. • Lead First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and support ISO-compliant quality initiatives. • Investigate nonconformances, analyze inspection data, and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions. • Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and supplier quality data. • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality, efficiency, and measurement reliability. • Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and metrology improvement projects. Qualifications
• Experience in Quality Inspection, Quality Control, or a related manufacturing quality role. • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills. • Hands-on experience with CMM operation and programming. • Proficiency with precision measuring equipment. • Understanding of quality systems, inspection processes, and manufacturing environments. • Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. • ISO 9001 or other quality certifications are a plus. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Niwot, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $53560.00 - $70720.00/yr.
